Negotiated Master Service Agreement terms with clients. Regularly communicated and coordinated changes with the company’s legal team. Established a database within Salesforce to capture contracts, track key elements and prompt renewal of agreements. Managed a wide variety of projects working with cross functional teams to streamline and improve workflow procedures, documents, tools, templates and reports. Provided training to staff and colleagues. Coordinated and communicated activities with global labs, clients, business development team and project stakeholders. Spearheaded annual production of 300+ page catalog capturing scientific assays and protocols. This included full budgeting, scheduling, updating, printing and delivery of catalogs. Subsequently worked with our IT team to convert the catalog to a new ecommerce system.
