Daily Duties at Pierre Sprinkler & Landscape:
• Oversaw Daily Field and Office Operation for Commercial Projects. • Managing Purchasing Department • Creating Positive Cash Flow • Provide On Site Management, Safety Control, and Quality Control to ensure projects met time and were constructed in accordance with contract documents • Budget Control by Reducing Cost and Increasing • Overseas Submittals, Schedule of Values, RFI, & Safety Control • Generating and estimating Design Built Projects • Estimating Change Orders • Work closely with Architects, General Contractors & Subs
