Daily Duties at Nch Corporation (Mohawk Labs):
Conducted ISTA transit testing of new packages to assure product quality and integrity. Maintained NCH’s ISTA certification as a recognized testing laboratory, administered in-house UN package certifications, and maintained outside vendor UN certifications; served as quality management representative for NJ branch. Evaluated and approved all new and revised formulas for packaging based on chemical compatibility and hazardous properties, as well as product labels. Managed production planning for NJ branch. Created production work orders for manufacturing based on demand and monitored current inventory. Overhauled entire NJ Quality Management System (QMS) to be more efficient and user friendly.
