Daily Duties at American Cement Company:
Created and provided MSHA training to all employees. Point of contact for all MSHA inspections. Created and implemented a new Safety and Health Program. Developed and rolled out a Safety Compliance Plan. Conducted in-house training and organized outside training resources for CPR/First Aid and AED, lockout/tagout, fall protection, confined space entry, etc. Developed policies, procedures, and implemented tools to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
