Daily Duties at Quaker Tropicana & Gatorade Pepsi Co:
Owned the retail execution and execution of new innovations at 3300 convenience store customers within an assigned territory. Provided leadership strategy for Advantage Sales & Marketing broker team consisting of 13 Retail Sales Merchandisers and one Retail Supervisor in Arizona and Las Vegas. Partnered with broker team Supervisor to ensure execution of key business drivers. Trained, coached and mentored the team through workwiths to ensure successful execution of goals and objectives. Ensured 100% QTG product distribution availability and gold standard planogram compliance monitored by frequent score carding. Identified execution opportunities and implemented local account strategies to attain assigned Key Performance Indicators. Accessed and analyzed retail reporting data; utilized sales data to drive fact-based selling. Worked closely with account managers to develop and implement retail execution plans and acted as liaison between customer teams and retail execution teams. Account Manager Responsibilities Conducted on-going analysis and review to identify gaps to plan and execute priorities. Tailored selling presentations for specific accounts to ensure efficient and effective communication of products and retail execution. Created merchandising plans and communicated event details to retail and finance support teams. Utilized proficient computer skills to track and analyze performance indicators, design maps for account specific executions, and develop presentations.
