Manage and Estimate assigned maintenance, capital improvement, and direct capital purchase projects; Forecast project capital and expense cost using capex; Write purchase requisitions for procurement of materials; Write Authorization For Expenditure Request; Develop contractor bid packages; Review and approve contractor timesheets; Review and approve designer timesheets; Analyze & solve facility piping layout problems;
