• Reviewed work of staff and approved journal transactions for General Ledger entry • Served on a management task force for new Strategic Global Accounting (SGA) System • Implemented General Accounting Principles and Assumptions into the new accounting system • Managed and performed functions related to the processing of equities, fixed income, derivatives and the research and resolution of settlement breaks • Participated in generating of Balance Sheet, Income and Cash Flow Statements on new system • Processed and tracked corporate actions, income and trading activities • Handled six account relationships with total market value of over $1bn • Verified the prices, classification, cost basis, foreign exchange rates, and holdings of securities
