• In charge of Infrastructure Operations budgeting, forecasting and month end closing • Participated in development and implementation of labor capacity planning model (LCPM) • Involved in origination of new product allocations system (Acorn) focused on profit optimization • Facilitated status meetings with department managers on improvement of LCPM & Acorn projects • Managed information and maintained a log of major company expenditure projects (CEPs) • Created physical and virtual booklet of all O&T department’s products • Consolidated reports for off-site quarterly management meetings
