Daily Duties at Credit Suisse:
• Implemented external workforce management (EWFM) program for Americas Region • As part of EWFM team analyzed and reported on Contractors, Consultants & Outsourced resources • Provided guidance and analysis to line managers with regards to on-boarding, extension, bill rate negotiations and rate card application for the external workforce • Tracked compliance with the company’s policies with regards to tenure guidelines and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Achieved transparency in external workforce management by improving & automating on-boarding, conversion & roll off processes • Oversaw monthly & quarterly financial reporting at Americas Region • Prepared financial reports on forecasting, budgeting, trending and performance for individual projects, departments and for organization as a whole • Presented status and recommendations to management based on financial analysis of the data • Developed and managed complex excel-based financial models • Automated processes to improve rigor and speed in the processing of critical information
