Daily Duties at Citigroup:
• Manage Citi Equities Technology (CET) operating budget of $70 million annually and about 300 resources • Managed Prime Finance & Futures (PFF) IT operating budget of $60 million annually and 450 resources • Perform month-end close which includes preparing and posting accrual entries • Analyze variances between actuals, forecast & plan; produce in-depth financial package to clients • Partner with IT managers on strategic planning of headcount resources and capital spending • Create & track various measurements and metrics for the department to benchmark performance • Automate & document processes and procedures for month-end close; update chart of accounts • Supervised staff of two members while in PFF & responsible for training them; evaluated their performance • Prepare Ad-Hoc financial analysis and reporting for Sr. Management and IT department clients
