Used statistical and qualitative information to manage quality Recommended and implemented policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services Responded to a daily influx of telephone based and written communications from members and providers pertaining to benefit plans, reimbursements, referrals, and notices. Built relationships with clients, families, medical personnel, and referral sources led to 7% increase in sales.
