Daily Duties at International Healthcare Volunteers:

Act as a liaison between the Business and the IT team throughout the project life periodically in order to resolve any technical/business issues and ensure that all project deadlines and open issues are documented. Develop and monitor materials to drive project execution (e.g. analyses, project plans, meeting materials, strategy document outputs, communication updates, etc.) and meeting facilitation. Work with IT and external organizations to obtain data as needed, creating Pivotal table, Vlookup,visualize, and analyze the data with Tableau. Collaborate with operating entities to define the problem and business requirements, translate them into functional design specifications, and develop solutions. Identify the document and test controls within the business processes and evaluate control deficiencies and identify enhanced controls which will strengthen the business processes. Develop the detailed Marketing communications plan including target objectives, specific tactics, cost, and required results. Managing and optimizing AdWords campaigns, implement digital media campaigns, monitor impression delivery, make optimizations as necessary and perform campaign evaluation using open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate. Closely work with the design team to ensure production of all specs/sizes required for these various campaigns and develop and run an A/B testing initiative for AdWords and display, to optimize results. Create a timeline of deliverable, production schedules, monitor activity, and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
