Manage Sales, service, and inventory management team members. Interview, hire and train sales, service and logistics personnel. Monitor success and encourage growth in areas of weakness. Sales in 6 different manufactures, ie vendors. Acumed is 1 of those 6 vendors and has 5 devisions within and each devision needs monitoring. Business Plan and Sales Growth incorporates all vendors and devisions within each. a. Exactech has 4 b. Acumed has 5 c. Cayenne has 2 d. AxoGen has 3 e. Gateway and MiMedx both have 1
