Daily Duties at Pacer Northwest Llc:
Shipping, receiving, inventory management, CEO, CFO, trainer, recruiter, cheerleader, Build business plans, set quotsa for the sales team, develop team, weekly & monthly meeting to reveiw quota and sales success and goals and growth, inservice and train sales staff, surgeons, OR Staff new products and procedures. trouble shoot complex surgical procedures, plan with surgeons complex procedures, work intimately with all hospital staff developing relationship and alliances. Manage Sales, service, and inventory management team members. Interview, hire and train sales, service and logistics personnel. Monitor success and encourage growth in areas of weakness. Sales in 6 different manufactures, ie vendors. Acumed is 1 of those 6 vendors and has 5 devisions within and each devision needs monitoring. Business Plan and Sales Growth incorporates all vendors and devisions within each. a. Exactech has 4 b. Acumed has 5 c. Cayenne has 2 d. AxoGen has 3 e. Gateway and MiMedx both have 1
