Daily Duties at Dept. Of Social Services:

• Work closely with clients to understand support daily delivery expectations and operations • Develop new and support existing SharePoint solutions and Apps • Assist and support application development teams and system administrators throughout project lifecycles • Assist with requirements, functional design specifications, implementation plans and test scripts/plans • Created and contributed preparing Architecture Specification Documents (ASDs), Design Documents (HLD & LLD), Deployment Guides. • Collaborated with the creative and technology team members to ensure that business requirements adhere to technical and creative constraints. • Configuring, Administering & Managing SharePoint Server, farms databases, and O365 • Scripting, performing and testing routine SharePoint deployments & backups / restores • Anticipating, mitigating, identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving SharePoint issues and escalating incidents as necessary on behalf of clients • Analyzing SharePoint, server, application, network, and input/output device performance using best practices and methodologies • Creating Reporting Dashboard using PowerPivot, Secure Store Services, Excel Services and PowerView • Recommending and performing software upgrades, patches and reconfigurations • Maintaining policies and procedures for SharePoint administration and Governance
