Leads National Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps effort in defining & establishing the first of its kind Cadet Feedback & Evaluation System for all 12,200+ cadets -establishes & maintains original training program for Cadre & Cadets -runs Beta-testing with 12 detachments -responsible for national implementation at 145 detachments -responsible for annual hard review & update cycle execution
