Coordinated order management functions to include order entry, expediting, processing and maintenance. • Improved On-Time Delivery (OTD) and reduced lead time with Eaton Six Sigma Project for a large power generation customer; improved OTD from 20% to 80% while reducing lead time up to three weeks. • Collaborated in identifying company training needs. • Involved in the start-up of the electrical Original equipment Manufacturer support team at the Avery Creek facility and the initial Eaton rollout of Oracle’s Siebel on Demand Customer Service Management. • Team member in the Activities Reduction Team/Best Practices Team to create policies, procedures and templates on essential job functions. • Consistently earned Net Promoter Scores of 9 or 10.
