Daily Duties at Eaton Corporation:
Served as an extension of the outside sales force; assisted with developing and nurturing sales leads. Point person to train new staff and create onboarding checklist to ensure staff appropriately trained within 90 days of hire. • Delivered a 69% increase in sales for 2012 from $2.0MM to $2.9MM. • Key team member in the expansion of the Eaton Siebel on Demand Customer Service Management system. • Hand selected as the preferred project manager for a multi-million dollar power generation client as directed by the client’s delivery manager, • Redesigned and implemented more effective company procedures, decreasing response time-to-customer by 67% for order entry and warranty claims. • Enabled company to negotiate a premium price in Middle Eastern markets by reducing production lead times for medium voltage cell kits for a major account. • Wrote procedures and provided one-on-one training for a major client resulting in an additional $8MM from $2MM in the value of the contract. • Formulated service level agreement templates for distribution to all customers based on contracts. • Created and implemented a quality metric to ensure team provided appropriate value and consistent service; elevated scores from 85% to 97%. • Increased contract value from $250K to $2.9MM over three years by standardizing processes with Motor Control Center to provide faster order fulfillment. • Technical proficiencies in Microsoft applications, Salesforce and Oracle Siebel on Demand-CRM-Customer Relationship Management.
