Senior Field Service professional representing the company's Southeast region of the United States clientele, providing local phone and onsite support for key initiatives. Directed technical support implementation of networked video on demand (PPV) and high-speed internet access (HSIA) in 7,000+ hotel/resort rooms, successfully completing project assignments on time and budget. Elevated performance of in-house system network through streamlining of maintenance and upgrading procedures.
