Daily Duties at Nxtv, Inc.:
Senior Field Service professional representing the company's Southeast region of the United States clientele, providing local phone and onsite support for key initiatives. Company's primary technical liason for maintenance, repairs, end-user training, performance, upgrades, and testing. Supported engineering and R&D with product specifications and problem resolution. Oversaw spares inventory and assisted with administrative requirements as needed. Directed technical support implementation of networked video on demand (PPV) and high-speed internet access (HSIA) in 7,000+ hotel/resort rooms, successfully completing project assignments on time and budget. Elevated performance of in-house system network through streamlining of maintenance and upgrading procedures.
