Daily Duties at Pacific Premier Bank:
Underwrite loans for a variety of franchise concepts. Review credit bureau, background searches to satisfy OFAC, used excel spreadsheet model for spreading unit and entity level financials, model credit metrics presentation, prepare analysis to include trends, ratios, performance against industry benchmarks and historical performance.
