Daily Duties at Baldwin County Economic Development Alliance/ :
Generated and catalogue accurate spending statistical forecasts for the regional area as well as demographics for project documents to support the Vice President and Project Managers. The forecasted statistical information was effectively utilized to recruit industry into the Mobile Region. Managed all statistical information and data for two separate economic development organizations and was responsible for three direct reports. The position required self-starting skills to form multifaceted statistical reports of demographics, maps, economic indicators and other key information that businesses could use in the financial and statistical analysis of the geographical area. After seven months as Research Manager, I was promoted to Project Manager.
