Provide and execute leadership for potential industrial project’s site work plans and adapt to meet the changing needs and requirements of the economic development project. Lead the strategic direction and cross functional management between the client, multiple state government agencies as well as Class I rail roads, Mobile Airport Authority and private stake holders. Managed communications between the City of Mobile, the prospective company, Alabama State Government Offices, utility companies, developers, attorneys, and elected officials, involved with the recruitment process. Thorough understanding of the macro-economic impact of tax abatements and future revenues models from the installation of an industrial project in a mid-sized metropolitan city.
