Daily Duties at Aker Solutions Inc.:

Project Manager I has direct oversight and bottom-line accountability of the project financials, schedule, health and financial risks, procedures, and other critical paths to ensure the overall project success. Improve and drive timelines, procedures, and resources to position Aker Solutions for a successful delivery of contractual scope of work. Project Manager I further ensures that project activities progress on target and the interfacing teams accomplish their project objectives on time and within budget. All of the responsibilities were expected to directly influence organizational goals and increase Aker Solutions business competitiveness. In July 2014 I was promoted to Project Manager II based on the proven ability and skills to drive and deliver competitive market positioning projects for the business unit.
