Daily Duties at Procon Consulting, Llc:
Responsibilities and Accomplishments: Provided managerial support in bringing ICE contracts to closure. Trained new staff in PRISM and the reconstruction process. Assigned files for closeout after reconstructing in PRISM. Reviewed and approved contract orders from the Contract Closeout Team (CCT) for submission to the Contracting Officer for signature and closeout in PRISM. Reconstructed files that were not in PRISM for closeout. Met assigned goal for number of contracts to close each month. Assisted staff in answering closeout questions, for example: Confirmed Period of Performance Instructed format for contracts with a deobligation. Helped team members in locating files in PRISM when files cannot be located by using the percent symbol (%) for each order. Archived files after final letters were mailed. Files were boxed and shipped to the Federal Records Center (FRC).
