Daily Duties at Tata Consultancy Services:
Developed PL/SQL procedures, Functions, Triggers and Packages to implement the business rules. Prepared test cases for Unit testing and Integration testing and test data for Unit testing. Performed Unit testing and performance testing of each business event type worked on. Generated DDL statements for creation of new database objects like tables, views, sequences, synonyms, indexes. Worked on improving the performance of the queries by using partitioning the tables. Worked on issues related performance of the applications. Developed shell scripts for FTP’ing files without any user interaction. Developed shell scripts for automating and scheduling using Cron tab. Involved in loading bulk data into oracle database use SQL loader
