Daily Duties at Trimble Navigation:
As a member of the division management team, collaborated on overall business strategy and long-range plan, development of new business opportunities, and core product marketing and management. • Performed market analysis across multiple vertical markets and geographic regions, developed market forecasts to determine high-impact product roadmaps and the annual business unit strategy. • Lead global overall product efforts in the development and execution of the SaaS product portfolio strategy including managing and growing a team of product managers and product marketing managers, interfacing with industry analysts, and interfacing with senior executives from our customers and partners. • Designed and implemented a new product management process to drive sales and awareness of Trimble’s new SaaS geospatial products portfolio. • Leveraged existing markets and drove penetration into new adjacent markets. • Provided feedback to cross-functional groups on product development, external marketing messages, marketing collateral, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
