Daily Duties at Aker Solutions Inc.:
Implement strategic leadership to capture and direct all phases of subsea umbilical and distribution equipment projects. Established the project organizational structure, direct project activities, as well as coordination of change management. Cross-functionally lead the projects and Department Managers to achieve the financial and technical success of the project. Organizational driver for performance improvement within the Project Execution Model (PEM) as well as deliver strong and sustainable financial gains across a portfolio of complex oil & gas projects
