Held responsibility in cross-selling financial products with the bank’s current marketing strategies to give individualized and specialized service with $200 million in assets under management (AUM).  Utilized customer relationship management tools to formulate effective account strategies that attracted, deepened, and managed financial relations to high-net worth customers.  Provided unprecedented service to guarantee products and services were in the best interest of the Citigold’s clients by closely collaborating with the internal Citibank teams that included the branch manager, home lending specialist, Citi Personal Wealth Management Advisor, and personal bankers.  Served as the client facilitator
