Daily Duties at System Edge Inc.:
• Technical leadership • Operations Management & Automation • COO instinct & Competitiveness • Global influence • Prospective and reach • Complex Multi-Party Negotiation • Business expansion • Direct Management of assigned account resources, • Oversight of order management and supplier program, program management results and performance & compliance management • Develop and implement business plans and strategies • Ensure business rules and practices are followed • Accountable for recruitment, management and retention of onsite, and other dedicated resources assigned. • Responsible for effectiveness, and implementation of enhancements/alternatives required to improve client satisfaction and to drive business development. • Ensure account development opportunities • Analyze/interpret results to identify risks and opportunities. • Participate in quarterly and yearly business reviews • Provide consultation to solve complex account business issues. • Provide recommendations regarding the service delivery strategy and organizational model. • Provide consultation regarding bids and proposals. • Actively participate in sales presentations and negotiations • Particular emphasis on service requirements, technology, pricing and various MSA and SLA agreements.
