Daily Duties at Digital Insight Ncr:

Grow revenues via billables with new vendors and financial institutions. Lead team to provide secure connection for third party vendors and financial institutions for mobile and online banking services. Coordinate and negotiate with VPs to CEOs of third party vendors and financial institutions. Successfully initiate and drive numerous high risk and multi-departmental projects to add products and revenue.  Cultivated new billables resulting in ~ $1,000 per certified product and reoccurring fees per product of $5,000.  Spearhead and implement project plans simultaneously from initiation through delivery in support of third party vendor certifications and production support in a technical environment.  Consult and liaise with cross-functional teams, partner vendors and financial institution customers to ensure timely completion of tasks and processes related to: Single Sign-On and integrated product certifications, vendor migrations, production issues, responses to internal inquiries and driving process improvement.  Skillfully steer time sensitive SLA’s and engage proper staff and resources to complete delivery of projects.  Negotiate contract fees and cultivate and engage new third party vendors.  Constantly remain abreast of new technologies in order to enhance project successes; seek and share knowledge across multiple teams to support project optimization and organizational excellence.
