Daily Duties at Excell Communications:
Directed and coordinated day-to-day operational aspects of a telecommunications consulting firm toward fulfillment of corporate target goals. Supervised all engineering activities, which include all civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering, which included storm water mitigation and storm water countermeasures, access road design, compound designs, building design and building structural analysis, electrical designs, and landscaping design. Applied dynamic leadership talents to the entire Engineering Department that included engineers, AutoCAD professionals, and other support personnel. Interviewed potential new engineering department employees and handled hiring and termination of employees.
