Daily Duties at L.E.K. Consulting:

Calendar management: Owner of two Managing Director’s calendars. Serve as gate keeper for all internal and external meetings. Ability to act independently to determine meeting priorities, resolve conflicts and juggle multiple requests for time(s) Travel Management: Responsible for execution of all of the Managing Directors domestic and international travel. Work freely to select the correct flights, hotels and transportation services to execute the Managing Directors schedules. Fluent in all travel loyalty programs. Concrete understanding of travel visas – when you need them and how to apply for them Client relationship and business development: Partner with the Managing Directors to serve as the liaison with their current clients to schedule regular check-ins to assist in maintaining their business relationships. Source and connect with prior clients to keep the clients updated on the Managing Directors progress within the industry. Solely responsible for contact relationship management database on behalf of Managing Directors. Work hand and hand with Business Development team and sector specialist to maximize Managing Directors relationships Administrative support: A team player who not only supports two Managing Directors with administrative needs but also supports an office of seventy-five people. Experience with preparing proposals, presentations and GBC binding. Responsible for reconciling expenses to credit card statements with their receipts to ensure correct accounting. Serve as a back-up for other assistants to cover their Managing Directors when they are out of the office
