Verified financial statement data Approved editorial proofs and processed request for the production of annual reports, business collateral and marketing materials. Managed an average of 45 Form 10k /Annual Reports per year that met budgets, deadlines and exacting customer demands Maintained client expectations to ensure on-time and in budget project deliverables Established seamless communication across multiple divisions and supplier organizations. Responsible for all press Oks for quality control Conducted quality audits and prevented costly errors at multiple sites Conducted customer file research and provided documentation that resolved billing disputes.
