Daily Duties at Jacuzzi Brands, Inc. :
Preparation of the 401K and Defined Benefit Pension Scheme financial statements and 11K filing with the SEC Assisted in preparation, on a quarterly and annual basis, requests from external auditors. This would include Weighted Average Share calculations, FAS 123 calculations, pension & OPEB analysis, as well as Sales and Operating Profit analysis. Conduct research and prepare memorandum for audits regarding accounting activities and issues which arise during the quarter/year. Including research regarding stock options, disposal of assets and assets held for sale.
