Manages and cultivates Risk Management relationships including negotiating collateralization for Large –Deductible Workers Compensation program. Development of Stop Loss Triangle to demonstrate internal claims development with a 50% reduction in claims development over 36 months vs. industry averages thereby reducing collateral requirements.  Performs annual reviews of Insurance Coverage for Aviation GL, Workers Compensation, D&O, ELP, and Fiduciary with insurance broker including coverage negotiations, collateralization negotiations and development of future guidance based on market conditions.  Manages and evaluates TPA’s for company sponsored self-insurance Health Care Program, including negotiations for Stop Loss Insurance, Laser Factors on participants, claims review and management incorporating Specialty Pharmacy and other cost controls. Maintaining a 51% claims factor against the Max Agg for the plan.  Coordinates efforts and directs the Payroll Department to ensure accurate payroll processing, timely and accurate expense reimbursements, adherence laws from state and local tax authorities, as well as conformity with wage and hours laws in each state. Includes validation of changes in state tax codes, workers compensation rates, business unit additions and general ledger integration.  Administers all contracts including SLA administration and forecasting for effective evaluation of financial statement impact.  Forecast and model short and long term cash flow, financial trends and cash requirements to ensure availability of appropriate and necessary funding.  Negotiate and evaluate banking relationships including Term Loans, Lines of Credit, and Letters of Credit.  Monitor borrowing base calculations as well as debt service and leverage covenants based on loan compliance requirements.
