Daily Duties at Navy Warfare Development Command:
Director of Operations leads integration and alignment of command production across all departments and in collaboration with key fleet stakeholders for training and capability development. As Director and Program Manager, he ensures core command functions and services are fully leveraged to address fleet identified war-fighting gaps and capability shortfalls. Rick also coordinates all aspects of unmanned systems capability development, including the generation and development of related concepts of operation and the integration of technology R&D with experimentation, and ensures key doctrine and experimentation initiatives are developed and cross-walked.
