Daily Duties at Healthcare Services Group Inc:
Develop and implement strategic plan and vision for region while maintaining corporate integrity. Manage and mentor 7 District Managers. Oversee 48+ facilities, representing $22M in annual revenue. Create and manage annual budgets aligned with business plan. Responsible for profit and loss (P&L) oversight. Conduct monthly leadership training with District Managers and Account Managers. Maintain long-term customer relationships and strategic partnership to generate new business opportunities and maintain current business. Negotiate annual collective bargaining agreements. As necessary, engage with the National Labor Relations Board, Labor Board, Occupational Safe and Health Administration (OSHA), and SEIU – UHW Union Associates. Instituted policies to improve union communication and employee relationship management. Recruit and hire management staff.
