Daily Duties at Northrop Grumman:

• Prepare USAF Global Hawk logistics documents for purchasing of common and peculiar UAS supply support for all emergency and non-emergency items. • Obligate and budget OM&N funds for common supply support. • Receive, inspect for conformance, store, and issue, replenish, inventory and account for all government property. • Develop and maintain DoD Standard Base Supply System (SBSS) and DoD Integrated Maintenance Data System(IMDS), USAF Consolidated Automated Maintenance System (CAMS) and US Federal Logistics (FEDLOG) databases, for accountability of government funds, materials and equipment in accordance with government and corporate regulations. • Liaison for all Intermediate and Depot Level Unmanned systems, and UAS ground station repairs. Responsible for the initiation, shipping, tracking, expediting and receiving and inspect for conformance of all repairable materials through government and contractor systems. • Developed and maintain all related files and databases pertinent to the repair process. • Participate in numerous weekly meetings/teleconferences pertaining to industry and enterprise logistics issues. • Coordinate with NGC purchasing, manufacturing, engineering and subcontractors to expedite material requirements, maintain records and follow up files of all purchases, shipments, receipts and demand history and database management. • Maintain records for all property owned by government, company and associate contractors. Design and manage tool control program, to include government furnished equipment (GFE) and peculiar support equipment (PSE) and aerospace ground equipment (AGE) required to perform mission. • Responsible for the warehousing of all materials and conditional inspections. Maintain all database files for material/equipment on and off site. • Conduct property inventories and provide guidance on government regulations pertaining to property accountability.
