Daily Duties at Aero360:

 Worked with the manufacturing engineers and maintenance team to develop manufacturing plant layouts, material handling system and process optimization.  Developed and improved manufacturing efficiency by implementing Lean Manufacturing principles.  Performed FMEA (Failure Mode Effective Analysis), PFMEA root cause analysis and initiated appropriate corrective action to prevent recurrence of failure.  Provided manufacturing decision- making information by calculating production, labor and material cost, purchasing and supply chain, reviewing production schedules and estimating future requirements.  Conferred with vendors to determine product specifications and arranged for purchasing of equipment, materials of parts, and evaluates products according to specifications and quality standards.  Assist Engineering and Sales Coordinator in documenting and keeping up client records and part
