Daily Duties at Apa Services:
Contractor serving as cabinetmaker/installer outfitting the interiors of private corporate VIP wide-body jet aircraft. Building, assembly and installations of cabinets, side ledges, credenzas, lavatories, headliners, bulkheads and other components and sub-components. Equipment experience included Gulfstream GIII, GIV and GV; Bombardier Challenger; Learjet; Boeing 727; 737; Boeing Business Jet; 747-400 aircraft. Performed contractor services at various locations throughout the US and Europe, including Gulfstream Aerospace, Appleton WI, MidCoast Aviation, St. Louis MO, Raytheon E-Systems Waco, TX and Jet Aviation, Basel Switzerland. Experienced in the operation and usage of aircraft cabinet shop equipment, machine shop equipment, sheet metal shop equipment and associated hand tools. Experienced with lathes, overarm (pin) routers, multi-head drills, vertical mills, horizontal mills, mill drills, horizontal band saws, joiners, planers, inline saws, presses, shears, benders and routers.
