Daily Duties at Thunder Ranch Aircraft Outfitters, Inc.:
Built entire shop and assembled all the equipment necessary to perform duties. Duties included visits to client's aircraft to gather all interior panels and systematically remove all old skins, make repairs to understructure if necessary, and then using vacuuforming/thermoforming machinery and processes to form and adhere new skins to the panels and return them to the client for installation into the aircraft.
