Manager, Clinical Data Operations Managed and supervised clinical data systems personnel in implementation of systems development processes for medical claims and to uphold data integrity benchmarks, Uploaded data into clinical programs to identify gaps and drive utilization and Therapy Management goals. Administered medical budgets and business requirements, and collaborated with IT clinical team to investigate and correct data load issues and initiate ETL processes for clinical program integration. Coordinated offshore teams in India to load data into UTM applications. Administered quality control processes for implementation into UTM applications and data mart for use by analysts in outcome reporting. Redesigned medical processes, developed policies, beta test rules, and data resources for Health Outcomes.
