Daily Duties at Zc Sterling:
Provide support to Desktop support personnel, Schedule, maintain and troubleshoot all data tape backups using Veritas software and monitor logs from the Dell tape library, monitor and support new wake on LAN virus update policy implemented to promote productivity in the main workplace
