Daily Duties at Google Express:
Oversee daily fulfillment operations of 21 stores across Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. Lead initiative to transition Google Express operations from legacy delivery model to next generation delivery. Ensure that SLAs are achieved for the entire market, as well as individual stores. Manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate goals and action item to project stake holders. Train, encourage, and motivate large team of store leads and operators. Manage store relationships, including fill rate reviews and merchant satisfaction with Staples, Walgreens and Babies R Us.
