Provided leadership and oversight for a Field Service department with a staff of 125+ associates that support a $35 billion business. Department responsibilities included the installation, upgrade, support, and maintenance of over 200,000 hardware components located at 800 sites, spread across 10 states. Managed and supported multiple complex, simultaneous projects, including the implementation of new customer-facing and associate enabling technologies.
