Led and coordinated workforce planning process with Vice President to meet region’s staffing requirements and increase retention. Managed and traveled throughout 11 states, 88 locations, and 1,500 employees in sales and operations areas. Coached and counseled facility and sales supervisors, location general managers, district general managers, and regional staff. Implemented execution and maintenance of various corporate initiatives. Liaised with corporate HR on policies and procedures. Directed HR functions within region to include employee relations, compensation, training, EEO and AA, benefits, employment, and employee services.
