Daily Duties at Mediamorph:
• Served as the lead analyst and primary relationship manager for the onboarding of Fox Home Entertainment International partners, comprising over 35 new partners in 20 different countries • Managed the onboarding of Fox Home Entertainment’s domestic partners (Google Play/YouTube, Apple iTunes, Microsoft) from initial testing phase to final production stage • Served as the primary contact point as well as manager of quality assurance and account maintenance for BBC Worldwide, All3Media Inc. and the National Geographic Channel • Acted as the Business Relationship Manager between all aforementioned clients and Mediamorph’s engineering department, ensuring proper transformation and delivery of POS, Streaming Usage, and Remittance data • Prepared and reviewed end user documentation, training materials, curriculum, and schedule for junior analysts
