Daily Duties at Equinix:
• Currently serving as the client manager and company liaison for 70+ domestic and international accounts, as well as onboarding new clients and facilitating the expansion of current client data center footprints • Managing new and existing complex client installations, working cross functionally to deliver services in the agreed upon timeframe and according to client expectations • Responsible for owning and resolving a wide range of standard and non-standard client requests while proposing and developing solutions that meet client requirements and driving renewal business • In charge of identifying, tracking, and executing upsell opportunities for additional Equinix products and services
