Daily Duties at Coeur Mining Llc:
A new position within Coeur and member of the executive team, provided corporate leadership and direction to develop and implement formal programs and sustainability, improve relations with government agencies (MSHA) and integrated safety into operations. This was accomplished through 3 directors and 9 managers in the department, working daily with all Operations leads at the corporate and site level. Coached Plant Managers, and gave direction to Safety Managers on new Behavior Based Safety processes, Safety Leadership Development and Risk Management.
