Daily Duties at Verizon:
• Drove new product offerings, contract finalizations, and business partnership development in coordination with Project Managers, Sales Representatives, and territory account team. • Calculated and constructed pricing schedules for new and existing Call Center contracts, with over $25M in revenue. • Supported client negotiations and ensured contract term accuracy on behalf of Senior Management and Legal. • Redesigned and maintained the internal database for enhanced access to consulting revenue and contracting status. • Wrote and negotiated financial proposals and agreements with internal and external stakeholders, totaling $1 to $2M. • Served as the primary point of contact on cost modelling, and advised on legal boilers and service descriptions. • Supported custom, new product sets, including: Hosted Voice (UCaaS, Avaya AOS), Cloud, and Colocation. • Managed open Verizon Consulting contracts, validation, evaluations, and consulting price rates.
