Daily Duties at Verizon:
• Lead new product development through integration planning with Sales and Production teams. • Support the Security and Call Center product suites, including: Enhanced Call Routing, UCCaaS, and Managed Security. • Reduced pricing errors 60%, and eliminated inconsistencies in Customer Interactive Solutions via pricing models. • Define product market shares, and develop competitive product sales strategies to determine penetration. • Conduct market research to determine product pricing, and oversee production and quarterly sales costs. • Plan and execute company-wide marketing plans in coordination with multiple tiered departments. • Provide Senior Management with monthly sales data to evaluate marketing objectives. • Design, implement, and analyze business case pricing, and recommend models per competition and regulations. • Review contracts with Legal, and resolve operational and contractual challenges in collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Billing, Operations, and Engineering. • Serve as the primary contact for Product Marketing and Finance departments.
